Service Fees
RV repair service fee and hourly rate:
Service Fee
$100
- This fee is charged on dispatch of technician to your location.
- It covers fuel cost and includes our diagnostic services for calls within 30 miles or 1/2 hour travel time from our office - located at Martinsville, IN.
- There is an additional $3.50 per mile for calls in excess of 30 miles from our office.
- Mobile fee is to be paid up front to book service call.
Shop Rate
$129
- The minimum charge after we arrive is for one hour.
- After the first hour, we bill for every half-hour at $64.50 per hour.
- We charge a standard flat-rate per task based upon an industry standard guidebook and not by time spent on the task. This is the same method a mechanic shop or RV repair shop would use to charge you.
After Hours
$179
- The minimum charge after we arrive is for one hour.
- After the first hour, we will bill for every half-hour at $89.50 per hour.
- The minimum charge for our first visit to you is for one hour. After the first hour, we bill for every half-hour at $60.00 per hour.
RV Inspections
RV Inspection
- Use as a pre-purchase tool
- Check SLIDEOUT, APPLIANCES, GENERATOR, OUTLETS/SWITCHES, CONVERTER/INVERTER, PLUMBING SYSTEM, LP GAS SYSTEM, TIRES, ROOF
RV Orientation
- In person user guide on all functions on components and how to operate them.
- Demonstrate operating RV components, proper setup/hookup, proper maintenance reviews, best practices on proper upkeep.
Warranty Inspection
- For customers that purchased extended warranty, fulfills required annual inspection to be performed by certified RV Inspector.
- Inspect and seal roof (up to 1 tube) inspect axles, hub and lubrication (visual inspection), inspect heating system, inspect water heater, inspect suspension and lubricate (as necessary).
